Gina Emerson
Managing Partner
Gina began her career as an Occupational Therapist treating injured workers. Early in her career she developed a Preventative and medical management program for a large rehabilitation center. After her program proved successful she adapted the program for 30 facilities in upstate New York through a National Carrier. She co-founded SAFE to bring claims management in-house along with Accident Prevention services to all self-insureds operating in New York State.
Shannon Linaberry
Vice President of Operations
Shannon provides direct support to SAFE accounts and manages daily operations, maintaining internal control systems and ensuring accountability. Additionally, Shannon analyzes data, compiles reports, and oversees regulatory compliance and business development for SAFE. Shannon has been with SAFE since 2007.
Meaghan Kincaid
Vice President of Business
Meaghan is responsible for developing and executing business management goals and objectives. She carries out and assesses strategic initiatives to enhance the overall growth, financial stability, and productivity of SAFE. She provides support to both internal staff as well as SAFE clients.
Christine Robertson
Sr. Accident Prevention Consultant
Christine provides onsite Accident Prevention and support services for SAFE clients. Working closely with clients on all levels Christine assists with all client prevention program needs. Christine worked as an Occupational Therapist for 12 years before starting at SAFE in 2007.
