SAFE, LLC is a small company that was started in 2001 with the idea that all workplace accidents are preventable and that all injured workers can be safely returned to work. Since 2001 SAFE has prevented hundreds of accidents as measured by OSHA’s benchmarking and claims received by SAFE have a return to work rate in the high 90’s. The founder and managing partner is an Occupational Therapist who understands the wisdom of prevention efforts and early nurse case management to prevent the costly financial and personal cost of an employee with a permanent disability. The company prides itself on providing one-on-one service that larger TPA’s do not have the time to provide. We are an education based company that strives to assist all employees and employers so that they can benefit from a swift return to work.

Located in Syracuse, New York; SAFE, LLC is centrally located to respond to the needs of our clients. We understand the needs of each SAFE, LLC client, and we ensure questions are answered in a direct and easily understood language. Our team of experienced professionals are familiar with the unique challenges of multiple environments.
What we do…
SAFE, LLC provides workers’ compensation third party administration for New York State self-insured employers, New York State independent adjusters, captive insurance programs, municipalities, run-off group trusts, and insolvent group trusts. SAFE, LLC has been appointed as a Workers’ Compensation Board contractor for insolvent groups since 2007. We have proven our effectiveness in executing workers’ compensation services and programs sought by today’s business leaders. Our local claims knowledge and hands on risk management services provide measurable results for our clients.
